LeetTokens and Service Usage
LeetTokens are purchased in advance and used to access various services on our platform, such as web retrievals, document processing, content generation, question and answerting, and more. Each time a service is used, the corresponding number of tokens is deducted from the user’s account. Usually these tokens are covnerted to use other API services such as Google search API or OpenAI LLM API. Since it is difficult to predict how many tokens will be consumed by each task, the user’s account balance can be negative if an ongoing service consumes more tokens than the user has available. However, when a user with a negative balance tries to start a new service, the system will check the balance and notify the user about the insufficient fund situation.
Eligibility for Refunds
When a user decides to stop using our services, they may request a refund for the unused tokens, excluding any promotional tokens they have. The account must be in good standing and not subject to any violations of our Terms of Service to qualify for a refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
Violation of Terms:
• Refunds will not be issued if you violate our Terms of Service, including engaging in prohibited activities or misusing the service.
Used Tokens:
• Tokens that have been used or consumed are not eligible for refunds.
Promotional or Bonus Tokens:
• Free tokens received as part of promotions, bonuses, or sign-up offers are not eligible for refunds.
Process for Requesting a Refund
Contact Support:
• To request a refund, contact our customer support team with your purchase details and reason for the refund request: admin@linktimecorp.com
Review Process:
• Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 10 business days.
Refund Approval:
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that the actual receipt of funds in your account may take additional time depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s policies.
Alternative Refund Methods:
• In the event that your original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to find an alternative refund method. This may include store credit or transfer to a different payment method.
Changes to the Refund Policy
LeetTools reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated policy will be effective as of the date of posting.
