Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LinkTime Corp’s SaaS service for knowledge discovery and content generation
(the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Use of the Service

Account:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all
activities that occur under your account.

Prohibited Activities:

You agree not to:

​ • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

​ • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service

​ • Use the Service to transmit any harmful or disruptive content

Intellectual Property:

All features and functionality of the Service are the exclusive property of LinkTime Corp and its
licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

Fees and Payment

Subscription Fees:

Access to certain features of the Service may require you to pay subscription fees. You agree to
pay all fees and charges associated with your account in accordance with the billing terms in effect
at the time a fee or charge is due and payable.

Termination:

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without
prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties:

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall LinkTime Corp be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service.

Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms:

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
